I've always been interested to try Hooked's lunch specials, especially since they're so reasonably priced at just $9.90 and have received fairly decent reviews online as well. Most people seem to be more familiar with the branch at Upper Thomson, but there's also another one in the wild wild west (or so I wish) at The Rail Mall.
Ocean-Fresh Mackerel and Squid Rings Linguine
I found this pasta dish just passable, but at least the fish was very fresh with a smooth texture. I do think the other dishes on the ala carte menu seem way more appetising though, so I'm definitely returning to Hooked! next time to try them out :)
